How does it work?

1. Fill out the form below with all of your details, including your contact information. This ensures we can process everything quickly and correctly.

2. We’ll send you a prepaid postage label along with packaging. This makes sending us your straighteners hassle-free and at no extra cost to you.

3. Pack your old GHD or Cloud Nine straighteners – whether they’re working or not – into the provided packaging. Drop them off at your nearest post office.

4. As soon as we receive your straighteners, we’ll process your £9.95 payment and send it securely by Paypal.
