Billing and Shipping Addresses
Your billing address is the address that your Debit/Credit card is charged to and the Shipping address is where you would like us to send your parcel to. This can be your home or work address.

Delivery Charges and Delivery Estimates
Free shipping on all orders. we use Royal Mail 48 HR Tracked Delivery and you should receive it within 3-5 working days.
Shipping times are quoted on the basis that the product is in stock. Very occasionally certain items will go temporarily out of stock. We aim to dispatch ‘in stock’ items on the same day after receiving an order.
Orders are processed between Monday and Friday 09:00 – 15.00 GMT, excluding Bank and Public Holidays. Orders placed during a weekend or Bank Holiday after 15:30 GMT will be processed on the next working day. All prices on our site are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling (£).
All orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail 48 hr or 24 hr tracked and are an estimated time of arrival.
There is no guarantee of service with tracked 24 or 48.
Royal Mail Special Delivery
Special Delivery is the only guaranteed next day service. If your item is not delivered on time, you will be refunded for the postage costs.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items delayed in the postal system as this is beyond our control. This is especially so at Christmas time as the large volume of parcels slow down all services.
UK destinations include BFPO and Northern Ireland.
Delivery Prices
UK and Northern Ireland: Free shipping on all orders. We use Royal Mail 48HR Tracked Delivery and you should receive it within 3-5 working days.
Ireland: You may wish to look into using another shipping solution such as AddressPal or other Parcel Motels, as this can significantly reduce your shipping costs.
Order & Dispatch Process
Once an order has been received, you will automatically receive a confirmation email, confirming receipt of order as well as order details. If you have failed to complete your order (i.e. you have failed to make payment using Paypal or Debit/Credit card, we will send you an email confirming that your order was not completed and you will be advised of how to complete your order if you wish.
We will endeavour to dispatch orders on the day of receipt of orders up to 3.00p.m (subject to the item being in stock and the customer credit card authenticity checks being satisfactory. A confirmation email response will be sent by email to confirm that the item has been dispatched.
Orders after 3:30 pm will be sent the next working day.
If we do not have your order in stock, we will tell you by either email or telephone at which point we can advise when the item will come into stock and discuss whether you require to cancel that part of the order or wait until it comes into stock.
Order Tracking
If you would like to know the current status of your order, you can view your order status by logging into the Royal Mail Track Your Item website using the order tracking code.
Delivery Problems & Policy for Lost Goods
If your order does not arrive within the timescales above please bear in mind:
– If the parcel was too big to go through your letterbox or there is no one available to accept the Parcel at the delivery address completed on your order, Royal Mail will leave a card and will keep the parcel in the local sorting office for up to 7 days, so you should check there first before contacting us.
If the goods are not collected from the local sorting office within the specified time, the goods will be returned to us, and we will contact the customer to re-arrange delivery, although the customer will be responsible for paying the postage charge, which will be based on the weight of the parcel.
Incorrect delivery information
Please make sure you enter the correct delivery address details when making your order. Thomas Ryan Developments Limited shall not be held liable for incorrect details entered by the customer. We are under no obligation to issue a refund or replace any goods if an order has been delivered to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address. If the parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete address, we will charge for redelivery at a cost of £3.95 for a tracked 48h service.
Policy for Lost Goods or non-delivery of orders
On occasions, orders may get lost, and fail to get delivered, which are outside the control of Thomas Ryan Developments Limited as we are reliant on Royal Mail.
So if you have not received your order within the specified timescales above, and have checked with your local sorting office and the parcel is not there, we cannot resend the parcel for 15 working days, as this is the timescale for Royal Mail to confirm the parcel as lost. You will not be entitled to a refund during this time.
If the parcel is not found after 15 days, and Royal Mail confirm the parcel or goods as ‘lost’, then your order will be resent.
We know how frustrating it is to receive the wrong items. For this reason, we’ve come up with our Zero Hassle returns policy. We make it as easy as possible to return items to us, for replacement or refund.
Our Zero Hassle returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your
purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, complete with all undamaged packaging (hair, body products and electricals must be in the manufacturers box and must be unopened) and we will issue a full refund.
If you change your mind or need to return your item, we charge £3.95 for a returns label. Please contact us via email or phone, prior to returning your parcel. The return label will be sent via email, which can be printed out. Please take to your nearest Post Office.
Returning damaged, defective or incorrect items
We strive to offer the best service anywhere. But, very occasionally, things will go wrong. If you receive an item that’s damaged or defective, you can return it to us, free of charge, for a replacement or full refund. We will provide a postage label to return the defective item and will dispatch the replacement free of any delivery charge. The items MUST be returned before a refund is issued. Please contact us in the first instance before returning the item.
In the event of Thomas Ryan Developments Limited sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the original item to Thomas Ryan Developments Limited within 14 days Thomas Ryan Developments Limited reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order if you do not return the original item to us within 14 days of the date on Thomas Ryan Developments Limited confirms we will issue a replacement.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Returned items that have been subject to a free shipping offer and are being returned for a
monetary refund, not exchanged goods or a credit note will have our delivery cost deducted. from the amount refunded. Please be aware of our shipping costs.
Exchanging Items
If you want to exchange an item, for example for a different size, you will need to follow our returns procedure, sending the incorrect item back to us. When we receive the returned item, we will dispatch the new item to you. Please remember that we are only able to exchange items within 14 days of the date you received them. Items you return to us for exchange must be in their original condition.
What do we mean by Original Condition?
To return an item or items to us, under our Zero Hassle Returns policy, the items must be as new, in the condition they were sent to you in. Items must have:
•Boxes and packaging as supplied by the manufacturer. This is especially important for electrical products, which must be unmarked.
• All parts, instruction leaflets, spares and components.
Items must not:
• Have been opened and used.
• Be dirty, spoiled
• Be marked, damaged or scratched.
